Literally no different than striking down the Second Amendment because guns are being used to kill children.

I also don’t trust a single word any ICE official says, but that’s beside the point.

I don't see where the constitution says we have to grant citizenship to people that came here on visa fraud to have a baby.

Hasn't SCOTUS ruled that the 2A is not absolute over time?

Maybe neither should the 14th be.
