I still don’t understand the whole 50 cent infatuation with Shreveport. Seems REALLY sketch and a lot of under the table shite taking place, hence why this councilman is mad he’s not getting a handout.

If you read his response to 50 Cent, seems like some of the non profits in his area were asking why certain non profits got the money and, if there are criteria, what those criteria are so they can meet them if 50 Cent donates more money.
