Judge is saying they have to have individual hearings. Same judge who said Trump cant ban muslim countries in 2017, same judge who favored Harvard in their nonsense with the federal govt.
Okay send out another notice. Tell them they need to get back on the CBP One app, book a flight home and collect the 3K.....or we will remove you. If you wish to stay, immediately move to Boston. This judge is not a king, she is a district judge and can only rule for her district, as the Supreme Court has stated.

The CBP One app was originally designed to book cargo inspections to expedite border crossings, how it was allowed to book human cargo is insane.
Yet to remove them is now not allowed. So the executive branch can institute it......but cant remove it.
The supreme court has made it clear that federal judges are not the supreme court. The executive branch has to just say "no standing" and go about their business, outside of her jurisdiction.

Judge you twat. They APPLIED for entrance, for asylum. Just because you fill out a form does NOT mean it is granted. Youre asking. Anyone with any sense knows this. Common sense tells you filling out a form does not give you anything.
But you know this, this is just the BS excuse you hide behind. The law has nothing to do with the rulings you hand down. No Kings? You think you're all powerful. You're not and its past time emperors in black robes such as yourself were reminded of it.
