I have a good friend who grew up in the northern part of Wisconsin near Green Bay. He always told me the only place in Wisconsin that is not pretty much 99% White is Milwaukee.

Wherever there is a certain demographic there will always be shite like this happening? Democrats and the Al Sharpton types have made them victims their entire lives. 4 cubbies blames everyone else for this problem but NAH it's definitely a CULTURE problem. Welfare queens and No Kangs in the home is the real problem.

Madison and Milwaukee are liberal,
