I'm an LSU undergrad and medical school alum. I have worked as a pediatrician in New Orleans for 11 years now. My pay has never hinged on vaccination rates. RFK is making you sicker. Not sure why anyone would trust him. Good luck.

Do you get metrics on the vaccination rates of your patients?

Quick follow up, do your metrics play into your compensation in any sort of way?

Doctors blindly (and willingly) pushing the COVID vaccine opened my eyes.

The majority of doctors are not driven by helping their patients.

System doctors had to push the vax.

That’s the only way they were protected from liability in treating Covid was if they followed government reccs.

Trying to establish your credential, so you can spew garbage:

Americans are about the unhealthiest they've ever been. I don't think RFK has any blame in that.

I don't think doctors are bad or ill intentioned... I think they're hostage. I saw it happen to my GP when they got bought out. He turned into an ipad toting questionnaire of cookbook medicine. Then Covid made me think he got body-snatched and I dropped him.

That's not an accurate summary of what what the update letter says. The actual language is:

quote:

CMS does not tie payment to performance on immunization quality measures in Medicaid and CHIP at the federal level. While states have flexibility and discretion to use quality measures in state developed value-based purchasing and payment incentive fee for service or managed care programs, CMS strongly discourages states from using immunization measures in payment arrangements.

I do find it amusing that this is echoed by every pediatrician, obgyn, and nurse in the industry. Meanwhile all the real doctors love RFKj.

great thanks for that piece of info....this is about rewarding doctors for vaccinating patients...not paying their salaries

so you/your practice have never received any financial benefit from pharma companies?

Oh, please spare us. The American people are some of the sickest people among western cultures. How about you cure the issue yourself instead of criticizing those that are attempting to deal with root causes.

Today’s physicians can’t even inure the credibility of their own administrative organizations …. let alone trying to fix rampant medical problems. And they’ve had plenty of opportunities to do so ….

I’m not sure there’s a financial advantage available to practices with buy/bill for Covid vaccines.

I don't think he said he was a trainer and/or nutritionist.

We are unhealthy due to bad choices on a mass scale.

What do weird theories about vaccine payments have to do with this?
