Netflix, for the second time in a little over a year, is raising prices for its three plans in the U.S. The new pricing for Netflix’s plans were updated on its website Thursday.

quote:

Under the higher pricing, Netflix’s Standard With Ads plan will now cost $8.99/month, up $1 from $7.99 previously. The Standard plan (no ads, viewing on up to two devices simultaneously) is rising by $2, from $17.99/month to $19.99/month. And the Premium plan (no ads, streaming on up to four devices at once, Ultra HD and HDR) is likewise going up $2 — from $24.99/month to $26.99/month.

fricking shite! Tuesday night I was updating my monthly budget and I saw Netflix was $19.53 and I thought to myself "they will probably have 3 price hikes within the year".

I am about to start canceling shite. My Cox bill for February was $310. I called them and talked them into dropping it to $250. I paid that in March and got the April bill and it was $315.00. They gave me one month of $250.. I have to call them back and tell them I will go to youtube tv if they can't keep it at $250..

Remember when shite used to go up.. Every few years?

Apparently, this thread is for people who don’t pirate and stream all content in the world.

Netflix is included with my TMobile plan. Wonder how much longer that will be.

Ummm...... board the pirate ship, sail the Seven Seas for less than $20/month.

I'm sitting here watching The Madison in HD right now, watched the Auburn game last night, and spent $36 for 90 days of service.

That was killed like 2 years ago. Redbox tried to buy that segment as a last ditch move.

Sick of having subscriptions to 4-5 providers and still missing out on all the goods. Anyone here have the high seas equivalent these days?

Serious question, getting older: besides a vpn, what else do you need to stay protected?
