It was on the market for over a year if I remember correctly. It finally sold several months back. At least I assume it sold- the for sale sign came down anyway. He will have to find a new house.

He said yesterday the 15 mil NIL number is absolutely incorrect and emphasized it more than once. Now today there are reports of 12-15.
He’d make a meteorologist blush and seems to go back and forth between his expert on everything ego and the virus of contrarianism. Yesterday reminded me why I haven’t listened in a long time.

I find it fascinating what people think they hear. “There’s a good chance (with a caveat that anything can happen)” is a lot different than confidently predicting.
