Typically when you see something like this and people aren't in prison, it is because there is a larger investigation going on. That video clearly seems to indicate organized/gang activity, and a couple gun charges could ruin an opportunity to cast a wider net. You always have the gun charges to fall back on, however.

And this isn't likely to get on the ATF radar and will be more of a local issue. The ATF is a federal agency and doesn't have the resources to deal with small local gangs doing what small local gangs do. They will sometimes take cases local LEO have done all the groundwork on, though.

The narrative that black people aren't prosecuted in this country, especially for gun crimes, is beyond retarded. It becomes even more dumb (somehow) by implying white people are prosecuted at higher rates.

How many times do you read about someone being sentenced for a stolen, obliterated serial #, felon in possession, fully auto?
Always listed in arrest but never sentencing, Why?
How many listed above are federal crimes?????
Why aren’t we hearing about all of those sentenced for the switches??
