Good news but I am more concerned about the validity of all ballots being cast, regardless of when they show up at the polls.
The dirty Dems can absolutely cheat prior and up to Election Day.
And most importantly, during the count as we saw in 2020 as multiple batches were scanned multiple times.

Yes, but it's a big step. It's a lot easier to cheat if you have an idea of how many votes are needed. Just enough.

Picked up my friend from the airport today. He said the arguments went really well. Gorusch eviscerated the AG's attorney, who is actually a pretty good lawyer . He estimated the vote right now at 4-3-2. AB and JR being the 2. He seemed pretty confident they would fall his way.

I’m not a fan of mail in ballots, but that’s a policy question regarding the manner of conducting elections. The constitution does, however, set an Election Day, and I hope the Court construes that to mean that ballots must be “actually received” by election officials on or before Election Day. I can’t say that the Constitution compels this result, but it certainly allows for such a construction and would still allow the states to decide how they want to run elections.

When a precinct opens the ballots from the envelopes and adds them in and counts them with the other ballots, what will happen legally…(Nothing) The court system will never throw out an entire state, county, or voting precincts votes even if they violate court orders.

When Arizona Democrats are printing counterfeit ballots (from China) ... then when they arrive is only part of the problem
Until we have tamper proof, watermarked, traceable, falsifiable paper ballots that can undergo forensic verifications when questioned .... the demtards will find a way to cheat.
Also, ballot harvesting has to be declared a federal crime and punishable with severe prison sentences.

This by itself solves half of the problem. They use the post-election day BS to sway elections. They need both to effectively cheat: illegals to vote AND the post-election day confusion.
So if something like this were to be enforced nationwide, its a huge step to getting back to being governed by the true will of the citizenry.

Rooster you are correct but it also starts before that. I was looking through govt sites in California regarding drivers license apps/renewal and voter registration.
In Cali you can now enter the dmv and use a touchscreen to get your license......for convenience dont cha know. And they brag that even with their HIGHLY successful registration to vote record, its soared even 6% more with the new touchscreen implementation.
In the process you have to "opt out" if YOU DONT want to be registered to vote. I guess that means as an illegal, filling out a govt form, you have to check a box telling them you are illegal, yeah thats gonna happen.
Im certain using ERIC or any other number of systems you can discern if many of these people are illegal and just put that list together. The ballots never go to them, they are just used to stuff boxes when needed. No illegal votes.....but someone puts in a ballot for them.
The same people who tell you an ID should not be required to vote.....think its a good idea to use your drivers license......to register to vote.

Agreed but this ruling (if it indeed happens) would be a start in the right direction.
It’s not been lost on me in recent years that these elections - where the counts end up going days, sometimes weeks beyond an actual election day - ALWAYS ends up benefiting the Democratic candidate, without fail.
That seems awfully coincidental.
The Dems will always look for ways to cheat. That’s simply who they are nowadays.
But if you can potentially remove the avenue where they know exactly how many votes are needed “to win” in the days after a contested election, it will make their task much more difficult.

Agreed. The SAVE act must be enacted and voter rolls cleaned up. Illegals actually voting isn't what the Marxist Dems are truly after, they need the Illegals names on voter rolls so fake ballots can be cast using those Illegals names. THAT is the issue.

The system is far from perfect, but this will be a positive step.
Yes, unfortunately, the Democrats will adjust and keep moving the goal post to cheat, but we just need to elect people who are smart enough to be proactive about finding and stopping their continual attempts to adjust.

Hmmm, could that be why the DOJ is suing 20 states to give them their voter rolls?
The argument is, "its sensitive data". There is nothing in the voter rolls that the federal govt does not already have access to........other than the fact that you should not be on the roll....which is the real issue.

CA is still counting mail ins for 2024. They will just be applied in 2028
