Hmm … that’s strange.

Probably just a coincidence.

Definitely just a coincidence, Trump doesn't even know the word Grift.

Now the likelihood that Nancy Pelosi had Obama tap Trumps phones, and she is listening to his discussions before he makes a post. That's almost undeniable.

Am I the only one who believes the President's posting on X or Truth Social is not the only way he releases new information??

It's pretty obvious at this point. Trump and his guys are doing whatever they can to enrich themselves--billions of wealth-- but his base only cares about blacks and Mexicans getting $300 of food stamps a month.

Dude....stop being stuck on stupid. If Trump were really most concerned with "enriching" himself, he would have stayed in the private sector and saved himself a lot of grief. He doesn't even accept his $400,000 annual salary, and there are numerous accounts of him helping people with their mortgages, etc. while in the private sector. TDS is a terrible disease, and we certainly don't deserve this man.

People who say Trump's goal is enriching himself are wrong, in my opinion; Trump's goal is to build himself a legacy that stands the test of time. He believes that can be accomplished more easily by enriching particular other people.

Im not going to debate with you the morality of a person neither of us know. I will point out your argument on this is flimsy because you think he’s like us

Not sure you realize how not a big deal that $400k is to a billionaire. Forbes estimated his networth doubled in 2025, growing by $3.9B. For perspective, if Trump was paid $400,000 every hour in 2025, he’d only be at $3.5B and be short $400million

Also, it’s clear that people in the admin orbit are profiting off these prediction markets. It probably was inevitable with the rise of these things This isn’t a partisan topic but an America topic - it is dangerous if foreign policy/war have gambling compromised people around the decision making process

I voted for him and I don’t know how anyone can possibly defend his actions at this point.

No way dude, The guy is losing money by being president, I even heard he didn't sell a single TRUMP coin bc it just wouldn't be right!

Honestly though I'll "defend" him, this is nothing new. There's always grift at the top. He can grift all he wants, the country is still better off than having Kamala president. The cultists that just cant fathom it are hilarious to me.

Although, I will say when I had a business acquaintance of mine, in the world of metal imports, tell me last fall that they were approached by Howard Lutnicks son's firm about buying the rights to their tariff refunds if it was overturned . That was bothersome to me. However Hunter's out there selling shitty crackhead art for millions so what's new.

He has frustrated me with some of what he has done, but I’m happy with other parts. I’m not necessarily a big fan of the current war (because idk what the end game is or how to get Iran back to 1975).

Deporting people, a 100k fee for h1b visa (would like to see it higher), locking down the border, and standing up for women’s sports are all examples of things I approve of.

No More TACO?

Historically, markets dipped when Trump made aggressive statements, then rallied when he softened. This time, looking like investors aren’t buying it.

This is different than the tariff situation. That was completely unilateral. This situation involves another party that is completely backed into a corner and unpredictable. We’ve entered a scenario where there is no easy exit for either side.

As messy as he's been as an atypical President and as often as I'd like for him to STFU, the fact is we desperately needed someone uniquely qualified with deep DC connections and frick-you generational wealth, who would unapologetically rip the veil off of the monstrosity which the federal government has become. We all suspected corruption at high levels, but we had no idea how bad it really is.

An example of said grift. There’s no way you can convince me this is just a coincidence. There are plenty of other examples to share.
