No one expects to win the CWS every year.
However, there is ZERO- ZERO- excuse to not be in the Top 25 every week of this program’s existence.
This is just pathetic and inexcusable.

Worst defensive team I’ve ever seen at LSU. It’s crazy because milam is one of the best shortstops we’ve ever had.

10 ranked SEC teams in both polls and none are LSU. SEC is deep. Going to be a tough climb if we don’t win home series against UK this weekend

Astounding that LSU baseball is putting this product out on the field.
Nothing the coaches can do at this point.
Just pick some spots and get SOME wins.
Evaluate the current roster and clean house for ‘27.

the margin for error is so thin in the conference games it wouldn't take much to turn it around.we havent been swept yet so were kinda treading water.

yeah this sucks but also, it’s early and it would t take much to get back into the top 25.

Curiel, Brown, Stanfield, and Milam keep this team from being Jay’s worst defensive team. Unlike in ‘22 we don’t have the offensive fire power to offset some of the defensive concerns.
Defense although a weak point isn’t the biggest issue with this team IMO.
