The entire cockpit is gone. No way the pilots survived that.

Gross negligence from Lagaurdia Tower likely killed two pilots tonight. They cleared the fire truck across runway 04/22 while Air Canada was landing RWY 04. Horrible. Praying for all involved

Ground cleared a fire truck to cross the runway as the plane was landing.... just listened to the atc... wild

Imagine the utter misfortune of being a pilot and dying on the job - but in the least expected way - in a collision with a ground vehicle.

The last datapoint shows 101kts right before taxiway D where the firetruck was trying to cross

Why was a fire truck trying to cross a runway / taxiway? was their sn earlier incident that required the fire truck?
