Sen. Lindsey Graham on Kharg Island: "We Did Iwo Jima, We Can Do This"
Lindsey Graham is openly fantasizing about hoisting an American flag on Kharg Island and seems to believe nostalgia for an Iwo Jima bloodbath qualifies as national security expertise. Meanwhile, the midterms are hanging in the balance and Republicans can’t even seem to muster enough votes for the SAVE Act.
Once again, the biggest threat to continued Liberty in this nation arises not from Tehran, Moscow or Beijing but from the 200 mile radius surrounding the Potomac Beltway. These neocon chickenhawks pose a bigger threat to the MAGA agenda than any foreign regime.

A lot of cowards are for the sacrificing of others lives. He has lived 3x as long as the young men he is asking to die. The least he can do is be the first man off the boat leading the charge if he feels so strongly about it.

Yeah, I remember when Graham was working behind the scenes to facilitate the onset of a forever war, beginning with the opening shots of Midnight Hammer. That was to be WWIII.

At the risk of sounding contrarian, I personally don’t think Iwo Jima when I think about the term or concept of “bloodlust.” I associate “Iwo Jima” with bravery, patriotism, tenacity, American grit and determination and the like. JMO.
