A bit early to start drinking (unless it’s Saturday, of course)

How much money would that save? What would you spend the savings on?

I would argue that it is bullshite because no public tax dollars are spent on athletics at LSU.

As a father of two daughters, I probably go to more gymnastics meets, softball, volleyball, soccer, and wbb games than I do men's basketball, baseball, and football games. I don't know what kind of monetary difference that makes, but gym and wbb fill the PMAC and my daughters are always hitting the concession stands. When I go to a game myself, I generally don't hit the concessions.

Oh wow! You are a genius. Thanks. We would be screwed without your input. I’m so happy a sound mind is coming up with this type of strategy. You must have gone to one of those schools for the advanced children. Is 74 your birth year or head size?
Seriously, I don’t think you should worry about a program that has one two of the last three National Championships. If you think for a second that sacrificing other programs to assist baseball in improvement, you should return to school and continue to play with the clay.

Why beach volleyball? Lower expense than most sports.

So Andre the freshman can buy 5 gold chains and two chargers instead of 2 gold chains and 1 charger?

Well, you might argue that, but you would be wrong. If a university accepts federal funds at all (which LSU obviously does), then Title IX applies.

NCAA Programs that participate in FBS, need a minimum of 16 sponsored athletic programs. At least half of those programs must be women's sports, one of which has to be basketball.
