She tried to pass a bad check at the bank. Said her boyfriend gave it to her/told her it was ok. The cops then started asking about him. But she could only communicate with him through Whatsapp.

It is truly amazing just how clueless women are with geography. What’s worse is they don’t even care or try to learn.

I wonder what the basis of this interrogation is. You would think it's kind of a big deal with that many people in the room. Are they after her boyfriend overseas in Connecticut? Are they after her? And if they are after her for something, what does the boyfriend in Connecticut have to do with it? So many questions.

Her boyfriend probably told her Connecticut was overseas so she wouldn’t bother him anymore!

To be fair, Connecticut's politics are most similar to the UK's these days

Video has been making the rounds on all the body cam channels. The cops were having a hard time not laughing when she mentioned that he was overseas.

I remember when there were some Bama fans that had concerns about Tua's proficiency in English.

We’ve been living in Houston for 16 years and my wife still doesn’t know the basic layout and geography of the city. If not for smart phones she’d be lost 4 times a week.

Had some friends travel to Morocco to visit some extended family (by marriage) that lived in a little village. They show up and the relatives asked them if they drove from America. Buddy said no that they flew there.

The extended family, who they had never met or spoken to before, then went on to tell him that they expected him to drive over and leave them the new car he bought for them. Seeing as that Americans are so rich, they thought that would have made perfect sense.

Hate to break this to you, but it’s not the schools, it’s the clientele. Do you honestly think that this basic knowledge was never taught the entire time this person was in school?
