Throughout the years, Larijani was considered one of the most veteran and senior figures within the Iranian regime leadership, and was a close associate of the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
During the most recent wave of protests against the Iranian terror regime, Larijani personally oversaw the massacre that was carried out against Iranian protestors.

While I understand and approve of the strategic principle in regard to confronting a Jihadist Islamic State BEFORE they get nukes, I know what I would be thinking if I were born into and believed that the supposedly Christian, ("The Great Satan"/US) culture is far from reflecting the characteristics of Jesus Christ. But rather a hypocritical, hedonist, narcissistic and military bully Nation. The true warriors in that Religion are not going to lay down, as I and my youthful mentors would and did not, back when challenged by Hitler and Hirohito. I'd be thinking about where are the soft spots in the American infrastructure such that the most painful damage can be had via indefensible attacks by trained Sleeper Cells or lone wolves. Like the psychos that shot Trump and Charlie Kirk. Thanks to Biden/Dem Party, there are many crazies with easy targets, of the which I have oft iterated. The Jews had to go all in on a Police State back when, with soldiers being dispersed amongst the civilian populous and any and all suspected terrorists being tossed over the Wall or imprisoned.
I wonder what % of the World's massive Muslim population is on board with aggressive, violent Jihad? Or at the least Muslim violence (terror) in response to our own violent strategy of preventative attack?
Maybe I overestimate the intelligence of Jihadist Muslim Leaders, but underestimation is a sure recipe for getting one's arse kicked. And given my Religious bias re 'end times' stuff, I reflect on prophetic scripture which says that "when they say peace, peace...sudden destruction cometh".
Trump and his team had better be focused on the terrorists here, and hardening our water, grid and food distribution infrastructure as all are low hanging fruit for the pissed off Islamists who will give up on any 'legit' Nation-based Jihadist entity and go full on terror. Real fighters know that "the bigger they are, the harder they fall".
Just sayin'. Not a pessimist but very optimistic. I love our Nation and the wonderful life I have had here. Times have changed. There are 'sheep, wolves and sheepdogs'. Is what it is.

Would the Mullahs tolerate me if I were allowed to immigrate into Iran, CB? Why not? Would they be unwise in doing so, given their cultural ethos?
