And when was the last one? Only received three in my life. Last one was actually a couple weeks ago. 66 in a 55. Couldn’t argue though I thought I was going with the flow of traffic. Met the trooper coming over a hill. Just rough luck. Other two were when I was younger, speeding and seatbelt violation.

Including St Gabriel, Louisiana?

If not, maybe a dozen.

One. I was going 53 in a 45mph zone. Of course, I was bringing food to a blind man. I've been driving for 50 years.

3, all in college, and I got 2 in the same weekend.

One in St. John driving home from LSU, and one in St. John driving back to LSU. 80 in a 70 and 74 in a 70.

That was 2011.

2.

First was in 1981 (speed trap) changed from 45 to 35 and the 35 sign is hidden. on a date. in the station wagon.

strangely enough, within a year or so, the '35' sign had been moved down the road 3-4 hundred yds so you could see it.

last was no full stop at stop sign. about 5-6 yrs ago.

Zero

Why speed and be forced to pay the local government?

That is Scruffy’s money.

Many.

All in my 20s.

93 in a 70 was a steep one.

One Mardi Gras I had parked in a no parking spot for 4 days and got 4 tickets. Threw them into the river off the GNO. Nothing ever happened.
Probably shouldn’t have littered though.

I nave recieved two in my life. When I lived in the Houston Heights I lived less than 100 ft from a stop sign. Bad habit but I would back out my driveway. Around 70 feet to the stop sign. I’d buckle in as I slowly approached the Stop signed. He lit me up.

Got a warning about a year ago driving into work at 7 AM because I was sleepy and swerved a bit, was lucky with that one, gave me a scare.

Not many if you're willing me to exclude the quarterly Boudin Runs to Port Barre and Krotz Springs.
If it weren't for Kartchner's and Bourque's I wouldn't get anywhere those God forsaken speed trap Helltowns

I think just one. Going 70 on I-10 when it was still 55. Headed to San Jose, CA for spring break from BR because one of the guys was from there. 3 guys driving non-stop. Took us about 30 hours. It was in Crockett County, TX.

Probably 5 over several decades. Last one was a speeding ticket, probably 2 years ago, in one of those little pissant speed trap towns on the highway between Natchez and Monroe.

Word of advice, don’t get into an argument with your wife while you are driving because you will miss a speed zone sign.

I’ve gotten one in last 20 years. Probably close to 20 years ago. I earned it.

I also should have gotten tickets twice in that timeframe (one for speeding and once for running a stop sign in a country road) but got off with warnings in both cases.

I use Waze religiously on the interstate.

Probably around ten.
The last I received, about ten years ago, coming off the Interstate onto a 45 MPH zone. Driving 69 mph.
First I received was while I was in the Navy around 1965. It was the week of the Selma Civil Rights march. The Trooper pulled me over, speed limit was 55 mph. I was driving near 70 MPH. The Trooper gave me a warning ticket. I was standing there admiring my 63 Chevy Convertable. It was my first car, and my first trip home from Charleston, SC, Navel Base. The Trooper said, Young Man, that is a nice looking car you have there, but if you don't slow down, the Judge is going to take some of your money. I said "Yes Sir" and thanked him.
