Anyone have nice home theater seating? Tips?

I currently live in an apartment and need seating. It's just me. No wife/gf. No kids. No pets. Parents visit once every couple of months. My brother maybe once every 3 weeks or so. No other visitors, as I'm a pretty private guy and generally don't like people. Lol.
I love the movie theater experience and hope to have a house with a dedicated theater room someday. This is the first opportunity in my life to really do things exactly the way I want to. No answering to anyone else.
The hope is that whatever I buy this year would go with me to my eventual future home.
I only have a need for 3 seats, which is all I can really fit atm anyway.
Any tips? Pros? Cons? Things you would have done differently?
I've been perusing the 4seating.com website and trying to decide what to do.
TIA.

I wouldn’t call mine nice but it works for me. 110 inch projector screen, Klipsch premier RFII towers and surround. Need to upgrade subs and projector.
Going to remodel my theater room also, along with the projector. I’ve still got spare amps from my old setup so I may change it up a bit.

I bought two singles from them because I wanted the option to move them around if needed. Very good quality leather and accessories. With that said, it wasn’t big enough (I’m 6-3”) and was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. Gave them to Goodwill after just a few years, I just couldn’t break them in no matter how much I sat in them. Also ridiculously slow recline. You may have better luck.
TLDR good quality. Terribly uncomfortable.

Buy a small couch or loveseat.
Save money for a house or condo. Then, build your home theater.

I bought the Ashley Boyington Leather Reclining Couch for my mancave, it's been great, so happy I bought it, kids love it and it's perfect for watching sports or a movie.
Pretty much everyone sells Ashley furniture these days, I'd recommend going and sitting on it and trying it out first, and then if you like it call every furniture store within your delivery radius. It was listed as $3600 MSRP on the website, I called 10 stores, prices were all over the map, from $2100 all the way to $3k from local stores. I bought from a store for $2100 with free delivery.

I went with a large Lovesac "Sactional" for my theater room (120'' screen, single-level seating).
I wanted more of a "giant couch" vibe, as opposed to the single-seat recliner style (although the Sactional is modular, so it can be rearranged a million different ways if I want individual chairs rather than a giant sofa; or a mix of both).

To clear things up a bit, I just have a simple 48" TV atm with a small sound surround system that sounds great for what it is. But, I'm not bothering any neighbors that I know of. So, no big home theater system yet. Probably won't change that much while still in the apartment.
But, I'm currently alternating between sitting in a camping chair or sitting on the floor. I have no real seating. So, trying to acquire some.
I'm on the 3rd floor, so it's a long hike up to bring up a full-sized couch. However, the home theater chairs I'm looking at break down into 2 pieces....the back and the bottom.
I'd prefer to tailor a future couch to the future home. Just figured since I've always wanted home theater reclining seats, that I'd get them now and then build a home theater room around them in the future. Might be doing things bass-ackwards, but need seating in my current pad either way.
As for comfort, I'm only 5'5". I see bigger chairs for taller folks, so that might have had a lil bit to do with one commenter's comfort.
I do appreciate all the replies!

[/img] Went with a big cloud like couch that Costco was selling a couple of years ago. Initially wanted theater seating but the wife wanted something she could lay on.
There isn’t an uncomfortable spot on this couch.

This is kind of sad. You should make an effort to get out more.

Dude. I'm a 51 yr. old divorced guy. I've been out. Before the marriage and after the divorce.
I know what's out there. That's why I stay in. Lol.

That is the set up I currently have but only the couch. It has a bunch of compartments, Blue LED lighting, power recline and headreast, etc.....
One of my Dobermans chewed all of the wiring out one day so only one side works now. Do not know how it didnt kill him when he did it.
