This is where I've been forever. The only thing keeping the Republican Party from being the worst group of bastards ever assembled is the fact that the Democrats are even worse. Screw John Thune, John Cornyn, Mike Johnson, Lindsey Graham, etc. Most of them, D & R, go to Washington and sell out to the lucrative (for them) corrupt system.

Woods is right, although I suspect he has known this a lot longer than just now.

PS - FVck all the "Muh Corrupt Political Establishment" idiots who still can't see it. It's you retards that they depend on to stay in business.

The R's are the Washington Generals of politics. Show up, keep the game close for a while, then let the Globetrotters win

Romney threw the 2012 election after the first debate.

McCain stopped his campaign on ‘08.

The GOP didn’t even want Reagan to win in 1980.

Chose Ford over Reagan and 76 and they barely tolerated him in 80. The peace offering of putting GHW Bush as VP helped him.

Sorry if you don’t like the news.

80 percent of political jobs would no longer be needed if our government was ran properly with common sense. This is why we don’t run things properly. It’s their job security to create problems.

This is where I disagree. Try to voraciously primary these incumbents like the left is doing to the democrats.

All the so called "middle of the road" democrats are afraid of losing their primary if they don't go along with the extreme progressive wing of the Democratic party.

Exactly. Unaffiliated is the key distinction, not Independent. Unafilliated means No Party. There is an actual a party called Independent and even props up its own 3rd-party-ish looney presidential candidates.

unfortunately, when the tea party tried this it was a bonanza for the Democratic Party in the general elections. Swamp Rino’s are trash, but a Dem super Majority is scary (open borders, even higher taxes and unhinged social agenda with Shariah law).

Dems are in a similar situation, with their lowest approval ratings - ever.

They may lose power, but we’re the ones who’ll suffer by not voting for them.

Almost every topic here leads to the same conclusion. We will eventually have a 2nd civil war when the Ds come for our guns or by some miracle a national divorce is negotiated.
