Politico
quote:
Throughout the primary, Crockett faced constant questions about her viability and campaign decisions, including whether she hired enough staff. She also faced criticism that the get-out-the-vote efforts were virtually nonexistent.
“She ran a fricking terrible campaign that many will question if she’s running a campaign at all,” said one Black national Democratic operative granted anonymity to give a candid assessment of Crockett’s campaign.

Black Democratic strategists, lawmakers and activists are frustrated that Texas Democrats rejected Jasmine Crockett as their Senate nominee Tuesday night — but they also saw it coming.
Following Crockett’s single-digit loss, they recounted a laundry list of why she fell to state Rep. James Talarico: Her campaign was unfocused; she had an insufficient campaign infrastructure to challenge Talarico, even though she earned the backing of former Vice President Kamala Harris. They also said her media strategy relied too heavily on social media rather than television ad buys — typically seen as critical in a sprawling state like Texas and its nearly two dozen media markets.
“People who don’t understand politics will be upset because Jasmine was their hero,” said Texas state Rep. Jolanda Jones, a Democrat. “But for people who understand politics, [Crockett] literally had no ground game.”
She added: “This L is on her.”

And why might that POSSIBLY be, Jazzy?

Her problem, other than the fake accents, was that she surrounded herself among too many black people. All her speeches and stumps were black-centric.
That turns off a lot of voters who are on the fence IMO. shite, even her video of her crying - all black peeps.

Fact Check: True

Did the Democrat strategists also mention that she is a complete buffoon?

It is funny to shite post her supporters who are melting. When you say something along the lines of the DNC screwed over that strong black woman in favor of a closet homosexual or post that video of that white woman crying saying she wanted to vote for Crockett ,but we need someone who can win video. They really hate that.

Texas is only 12% black. She would need that number to be 30%+ like in the Deep South to have a chance at statewide office.

I am officially requesting all Crockett voters to boycott voting in this Senate election in November in protest.

I always considered that stink was on her

she lost travis county big. really big. that and the hispanics went big for telerico. it will be interesting to see how the hispanics vote in november. the republicans re-districted to take advantage of the hispanic vote. but that may have been a trump thing. one of the new districts in south texas had like 3x democrats voting than republicans. as much as i hate to say it, but the democrats must be feeling good about november.

She didnt spend her campaign money because she was going to pocket the cash like they all do.

Pocketing campaign funds like the rest of them.

Other than being black, name one thing this idiot has ever done to deserve to be someone’s hero. Unfortunately, just being black is enough for some.

That's a crazy amount of money to be spent on self reflection.
Last I checked that cost nothing but your own pride.

Could it be that they saw her as being a phony and a racist?
Posted on 3/5/26 at 11:33 am to TigerintheNO
Black democrats: Crockett sucks, but we are frustrated voters rejected her.
What kind of bullshite is that?

Her biggest downfall is she was trying to play a role by saying things like: "Oh no they di.n't." and "Let me holla at my girl."

Crotchrockets platform:
"Hello, and thank you all for coming tonight!"
"I hate Donald Trump, he's a bad man!"
"All white people are racists!"
"Thank you all for coming, goodnight.................."
Now that's one helluva problem-solving platform isn't it.
Isn't that every jackass Dems platform though?

It sounds like she either knew she wasn't going to win and didn't try, or thought she was definitely going to win and didn't have to try. Trash gone either way.
