Let's admit it, John Roberts, et al., have been a total disappointment.

Coney-Barrett & Gorsuch (Trump nominees)... both heavily influenced by Roberts (dubya Bush nominated).

Those three sided with the commies on tariffs.

It's an f-ing travesty.

Roberts is the worst Chief Justice since ... I dunno. In a long time.

What's interesting is there are only questions about what the GOP appointees will do, NEVER about what the dem ones will do.

Why is that?

Why, because he upheld the constitution and not Trump's ambitions to be King?

Amy Coney Barrett is another failed Louisianian that has once again embarrassed the state.

I admit that I'm pretty much aligned with Gorsuch, and if he says it ain't flying, I'm good with that. He's about the most constitutionally sound justice of all of them, although I'm more ideologically aligned with Alito and Thomas.

Let it ride. We have other fish to fry, and if we don't take care of the SAVE Act, none of this is going to amount to a hill of beans.

Bc the “conservative” justices are ruling based on honest interpretation of our Constitution, which sometimes means disappointing rulings, as the founders meant it to be.

The liberals are full on partisan hacks.

Why didn't the court include a ruling on what to do with the $176 billion in revenues that were collected?

Answer: Because Roberts is compromised and this wasn't about the legality of the tariffs (SEE: Trade Act of 1974) ... this was completely about throwing a wrench in the gears of what Trump is trying to accomplish.

Our trade deficit was insane.

The jobs that have left this country since Clinton ... has been insane.

The bullshite we've endured at the hands of the Canadians, the Chinese, the Mexicans, et al., is insane.

Roberts' Court is, and has been since he was confirmed, a f-ing shite show.

He’s not a conservative or a strict constructionist. Never has been.

He broadly expanded executive power with his rulings in the wake of 9/11. He was placed in position at the forefront apex of neocon power in the state.

Now he rules in favor of limiting the executive power to conduct trade and commerce.

He is above all an institutionalist. He believes in systems and institutions over people, country, the Constitution, and believes they must be protected and strengthened.

He will evolve his rulings as necessary to maintain that objective.

That is true.

The question is whether we continue to be "principled" all the way to the death of the country.

So you thought the Supreme Court also messed up with Biden's vax mandate and student loan forgiveness policy, right?

Trump just dropped a bomb.

He said there is foreign influence over certain members of the Supreme Court.

When pressed he said, "you're going to find out."

When asked about Coney-Barrett and Gorsuch, he said, "I'm disappointed. They're good Justices and I don't regret nominating them ... but I'm very disappointed in them. John Roberts is the problem."

What does the deep state have on Roberts? I’ve been told it’s an illegal adoption.

That's all I've heard... seems like it'd have to be more than just that though, right?
