This won’t end well for Hegseth. Just drop it and don’t suffer the loss from the Supreme Court.

How does a Federal judge have any authority in UCMJ actions ???
Posted on 2/12/26 at 6:50 pm to Ailsa
Isn't that a military issue and the fed court has no jurisdiction?
Posted on 2/12/26 at 6:50 pm to Ailsa
You’d think a judge would know he has no say-so when it comes to military discipline.

How does the judge have jurisdiction in military courts?

Are you pretending that civilian courts have jurisdiction over matters such as military disciplinary procedures covered by the UCMJ?
Or are you just that stupid?

SCOTUS gonna bitch slap the Fed Judge who does not understand that the case at hand is not covered by civilian law or Federal judges...

I don’t think Pete should be doing this, but I also don’t think the judge should be able to tell him how to run the department of war.

Rubio pretty much already said as much. When he had his hearing, he basically said no judge can tell him how to run foreign policy.

Federal judge doesn't have this authority in military matters.
