Are you pretending that civilian courts have jurisdiction over matters such as military disciplinary procedures covered by the UCMJ?

I don’t think Pete should be doing this, but I also don’t think the judge should be able to tell him how to run the department of war.

Rubio pretty much already said as much. When he had his hearing, he basically said no judge can tell him how to run foreign policy.
