I see a lot of Trumps picks get bashed and rightfully so, but one he hit a grand slam with is Zeldin. This guy is literally kicking the EPA in the balls everyday he goes to work. He’s gutting them like a fish. He’s rolling back all the Obama era crap. Here’s a quote from the article I read.
First issued in 2009, the endangerment finding determined that six greenhouse gases could be categorized as dangerous to human health under the Clean Air Act. It has underpinned the EPA’s authority to limit planet-warming pollution from the oil and gas industry, power plants and vehicles since the Obama administration and is considered the federal government’s most powerful tool to tackle climate pollution and the country’s contribution to the global crisis.
“We are officially terminating the so-called endangerment finding,” President Donald Trump said on Thursday, calling the policy “disastrous.”

It’s a clown world in which Lee Zeldin a Yew, didn’t carry the Jew vote in NYC, yet overwhelmingly carried the Catholic and traditional ethnic minority vote in the city in losing the governorship of New York in 2022. Yet, the NYC Jewish vote carried an anti-Semitic Communist to the mayorship in 2025.
I’ll give him the highest compliment I can, he seems to be an honorable politician, let alone man.

Now it can be clearly proved there are certainly two types of Yews.

So once again we're at any president not named Trump can make any rule, but only Trump has to have everything approved by a judge to remove them. What a great system we have.

This administration has done a lot of good, but people prefer to focus on the negative. It's human nature that's hard to shake.

The Supreme Court ruling on greenhouse gas will be an issue. Someone will challenge this, and that is precedent.
How the Department of Energy formed the panel that made the recommendation is also a problem and has already been in court with the DoE losing. They picked the panel they wanted and it then met in secrecy many times. Apparently, that is against the law, as it being an advisory panel its meetings and findings are supposed to be public.
It is kind of a cluster that is a long way from being sorted out, and probably means we will see little — if any — movement from the auto industry any time soon.

Funny how Israelis though the American Jews got Trump elected the first time. I told them that most American Jews voted for Clinton. The immediate response, "Why would they do that?"
