Last month, the FBI executed a search warrant in Fulton County to take possession of election records that were retained under a court-ordered injunction. The Gateway Pundit reported on the contents outlined in the search warrant, including all physical ballots, all tabulator tapes, all ballot images, and all voter rolls for the 2020 election.

Several of those items will be difficult to produce according to previous responses to open records requests lawfully seeking them. For example, Fulton County only provided 9 of 148 tabulator zero tapes for advance voting tabulators, despite repeated attempts to compel them to provide more.

Fulton County provided tabulator almost all of the closing tapes for advance voting, which show the total votes cast and the results for each specific tabulator. Georgia rules and regulations require those tapes be signed by the precinct manager and two witnesses; however, none of the required signatures were present on each tape.

The advance voting tabulators were instead brought back to the county's election warehouse where each memory card was removed from the 148 tabulators and then "closed out" on 16 separate tabulators, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

"All ballot images produced during the original ballot count beginning on November 3, 2020" will also prove difficult to produce. During a Request for Admissions conducted on behalf of plaintiffs in Curling v. Raffensperger, Fulton County admitted that they failed to preserve "the majority of ballot images from in-person voting."Court document detailing Fulton County defendants' response to plaintiffs' requests for admission regarding the preservation of ballot images from the 2020 election.

Last week, Fulton County officials filed an emergency motion in federal court asking to have the election materials seized during the FBI's search to be returned to Fulton County.

Fulton County filed the motion under Rule 41(g) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure which states, "A person aggrieved by an unlawful search and seizure of property or by the deprivation of property may move for the property's return." The FBI search warrant was signed by a federal magistrate judge.

Document detailing an emergency motion for the return of election-related materials seized by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

According to Georgia State Election Board Vice Chair, Dr. Jan Johnston, "too many questions" remained unanswered. In a post to X, Dr. Johnston stated:

DO NOT RETURN FULTON COUNTY BALLOTS AND ELECTION DOCUMENTS TO FULTON COUNTY UNTIL THEY HAVE ALL BEEN COPIED, REVIEWED, AND INVESTIGATED.

Dr. Johnston and fellow chairwoman Salleigh Grubbs were not permitted access to oversee the search, while Chairman Rob Pitts and Commissioners Dana Barrett, Mo Ivory, and Marvin Arrington were permitted inside the building.

In a separate post on X, Dr. Johnston wrote:

"Commissioners are not in charge of elections...or are they?? Fulton County Commissioners were inside restricted areas of the Election Records warehouse while the FBI was trying to conduct a criminal search warrant. Why did they bar state officials from entering? Were the Commissioners trying to interfere with or obstruct an FBI investigation?

What were the Commissioners doing? Were they handling election records or ballots? There were supposed to be 700 boxes of election documents. Where are the 50 missing boxes? There was no documentation of who was entering or exiting through back doors of restricted areas."

Director of the Department of Registrations and Elections (DRE), Nadine Williams, stated in an affidavit that, "Fulton County's 2020 election materials are stored in over 700 boxes, each of which must be opened, searched, and sorted systematically to locate the majority of the documents requested in the subpoenas," in the lawsuit Sherri Allen v. State of Georgia.

But according to Dr. Johnston and media reports, only 656 boxes were taken, leaving speculation to the location of the remainder of the "over 700 boxes" DRE Williams stated in her affidavit.

The evidence that was actually being sought was leaked to the local officials so it could be hidden or destroyed prior to the raid.

As a result the prosecution can now likely fold their case when the evidence above is not available for use.

It was all part of a coverup and is a direct result of Todd Blanche (who functionally runs the DOJ) running a Biden era organization to prevent any serious or damaging cases from being brought in courtrooms where they can’t protect their political allies.

Yet again, by making bad choices in terms of his appointments at DOJ from AG down his terms are being wasted.

When Ed Martin is being run out of key positions repeatedly it tells you everything you need to know about what’s actually going on behind the scenes.

If Fulton County was court ordered to preserve all 2020 GE records and a substantial amount of evidence was provably destroyed, that alone should be sufficient to put some rat bastards behind bars, someone will have to answer for the destruction of election records.

Keep everyone in solitary confinement until someone talks. Not sure why this admin is being so weak. They didn't follow the rules of preservation so why should we?

Peanuts. And all charges that could easily be thrown out or plead down depending on the court.

This was all about covering up the real evidence that the DOJ knew could burn the entire operation and lead to massive conspiracy charges. Ive seen nothing to date that shows that Trump is serious about going after cases that would impact intel agencies or the real kingmakers in DC and I suspect this would land in both of their laps if the threads were followed.

The level of consistent bad hires and complete lack of oversight into execution over a 5+ year period within that department is really exceeding my ability to believe its just bad luck at this point.

AG is functionally a far more important choice than VP and after three hires all of whom seem to do the same things and have the same agenda its really getting tough for me to believe this isn't some sort of negotiated "peace deal" between Trump and the deep state to avoid an actual war between the two because the other alternatives at this point are gross negligence or incompetence.

Since around 90% of federal employees vote for dems, there are a lot of chances for leaks within the FBI so the vote fraudsters can cover their tracks. Still, anyone responsible for failing to preserve records should get the J6 treatment.

I wouldn’t put it past the DOJ to try to alter the materials or “lose” any exonerating evidence…

We already knew what you were going to say. You watched a video of Fulton County employees violating policy, procedure and law and said it wasn’t a big deal.

You didn’t have any credibility before then. You certainly don’t now.

A) :whynotboth.gif:

B) It's the US government. Its current foundation is built on gross negligence or incompetence.

You have to prosecute someone, ANYONE for all of this. Whoever was incharge of it, even if they did not actually hands on part of the fraud or even if they did not know, they were over it and it was their responsibility to follow the law...Arrest them damnit!!!

Then the people who were responsible for maintaining those records need to be prosecuted.

This is Hillary's bunch destroying Blackberry devices with hammers all over again.

They are given 5 years to make evidence disappear and now people are surprised it's missing?

I 100% believe the election was stolen.

And I 100% believe that nothing will ever happen to anyone involved. The cover spreads through both poilitical parties.

Fulton County Elections deliberately muddied the water with respect to the evidence for this very nightmare scenario where they are finally investigated for their role in the theft of the 2020 Presidential election & 2 Senate seats.
