Man's cause of death determined to be over-straining while squeezing out a deep shite

I confess, I didn't know this could be fatal.
Poor soul hasn't been buried yet after a month and now his body has gone missing. Hell of a story, lots going on here.

Yeah basically he was impacted. He gorged on high fat dense food.he was probably dehydrated and he had rock hard poop given that he probably did not have a true bowl movement in 5+ days. Barbituates did not help the situation....exacerbated in fact

Sometimes you just gotta let it cook a bit longer, even if it means taking a dump in a nasty gas station bathroom standing over the bowl bc the seat is covered in poo and so are the walls and the door won’t lock and some sketchy methhead hanging out around the corner
