Watching these Pretti videos over and over, 1 thing is abundantly clear to me.....

Pretti was looking to get in a scuffle with police and have it filmed. When they came after him both times he was flailing around, going in circles, trying not to go down to the ground. It was very obvious that he was putting on an academy award performance for those filming so that it could be thrown all over media.
When he kicked the taillight out of that car and they came after him he made sure to take his jacket off. So that his gun was very visible in the back of his pants and still was taunting the police. Honestly, I really think this guy was out there solely to be a martyr for this progressive cause. He was pushing hard to be suicided by the cops.....he was going to come back and start shite til he made it happen. He was going to be the next democrat martyr poster child... even his parents said that he had been acting weird for the last few weeks.
His shooting was planned and purposeful by him. He wanted to die for this cause. He got what he wanted.

I don’t think so.
I think he was a guy emboldened by 1) people telling him how brave he was and 2) no real consequences for his illegal behavior up until the point he was shot.

He definitely wanted to get into a scuffle and have it on film. I think his words were “assault me, motherfricker”.
I don’t think he believed he’d be killed though. I also don’t think the CBP officers woke up that day thinking they’d end up killing somebody.

I think you're right. He wasn't going to stop until he got stopped.
I wonder if we'll learn more about his last month or two- like if something happened that just made him not gaf anymore.
