I’m not one to diagnose people I haven’t personally examined, but I’m concerned this individual could be experiencing some form of mental illness and hopefully he gets the treatment he needs.

The fact he is a cross-dresser is proof he suffers from mental illness. We use to lock transvestites in mental institutions to protect society from them. It’s time we go back to that practice.
