LSU was +10.5 pt underdogs. They’re not expected to beat #20 Arkansas on the road…

However I can see them finishing 7-4 if they can beat Arky in BR

Not a fan of the coach and believe he will be gone at year end but they played much better today. Different team with our PG back. Think it helped some of others gain some confidence as well while he was out. Now that he is back he makes them better. We will win some games down the stretch but don’t see it being enough to make the tourney or save McMahons job.

No excuse. Fire him now and let the bball world know you’re ready to spend money. If you leave MM here for the duration, people are gonna know you’re not serious about basketball.

Should have saved this question for next game. Unless you are an elite team, losing on the road to ranked teams doesn’t really need an excuse

Jim get out of Dreamland. Unfortunately MBB is horrible and in need of a real BB coach and then some. Hopefully soon.

The guys in the white uniforms are a talented team who are very well coached. That wasn't Prairie View on the other side of the court.

What I fear is that this tough loss will have a carryover effect like @ A&M. I visualize this team might go bellyup vs Miss St on Wednesday

The excuse is that McMahon didn't recognize sooner that Acuff was hot today. He finally started forcing him to give it up, but they had already taken the lead by that time. Thomas is back and played like his old self. McKinnon didn't shoot it well from 3, and if a couple of his shots had gone down, they would've won today. Arkansas is a very good home team, but LSU still had some chances at the end. It was an exciting game. Arkansas got some motivation from their crowd, so LSU had to play well to have a chance. LSU played like a top 35 team, but at home Arkansas is every bit of a top 20 team. They have possibly 2 freshmen that may get drafted. If LSU can maintain this level of play, and I think they will with Thomas back to normal, then they will win plenty of the remaining games.

Imagine getting mad at the people who want to see a better product and are tired of losers like you making excuses for this BS.

Calling other people assholes when you're an a-hole and a loser is not a good look.

Thomas wasn’t even on the injury report today and it still resulted in a loss.
