Listening to Rand Paul on Rogan’s podcast

Hard to see how pro-freedom / small government people would be opposed to him. He makes very good points about how the game is played to shape public opinion.
I find myself agreeing with him on almost all of the topics being discussed.
But people here don’t like him?

Easy to sound likable when your saying everything you know Rogan’s listeners want to hear.

Fact: Rand wants own view of Utopia and the real world it does not work. Live and let live is great between people but as we see in government there is no live and let live. The progressive do not believe in live and let live unless you live their way, same can be said of some type conservative's. So you have to pick which one is worse, no doubt to be the progressive view is much much much worse for the rights of people...

Rand is a do nothing idiot. Nothing but talk.

He’s always easy to agree with because he’s usually correct.. it’s not his solutions or thoughts that are the problem, it’s his inability to play the game sometimes when it’s necessary.. I can respect that but it’s makes him less relevant as a “productive “ Senator..

Yep.
Here is the problem. The government and deep state is huge. You just cannot snap your fingers and make that go away. In order to drain the swamp it will take a huge amount of resources and people too. You have to drain it before you can reduce/minimize it.

Paul is great on paper. He doesn’t grasp that he needs to set his personal wars aside to help the country. Get Trump what he needs to succeed and ask Trump to help him out later with his common sense legislation. Reality is that Massey and Paul know they will have cash jobs after the country falls to Marxism so they don’t care. If they were serious they’d set it aside to get the country right before handicapping the potus.

None that should be taken seriously.

Small government can't defeat Communists.
If we were playing on an even playing field, I'd support Rand. But we are fighting against the Godless profligacy of the Left.
