It’s twice now he’s acknowledged that Congress controls the purse. See him all the time with his debt clock but he doesn’t stop the spending or fraud.
Also you can watch Tim Burchets tweet showing the House passed over $10 million in funding for gender mutilation surgeries and abortion providers.Also passing over $1.17 trillion in spending, exceeding the White House’s budget request by BILLIONS of dollars and funded left-wing organizations that the White House requested $0 for.
But yeah the cocksuckers always say Trump is the one spending with no cuts.

They ran the Paul Ryan playbook to a T to minimize the damage an outside could do to the system.
No legislation.
Limit who he can appoint to run agencies.
Limit his judges.
Now when he leaves they can quickly undo his EOs without any trouble as soon as they get the chance.
