Having been to a few African and Caribbean countries, I can say that is the nicest and best stocked grocery store those people have ever seen. Its obviously a big reason they want to come here.

I never heard of something being an African store. How does that work? Do you have to prove your nationality? Show an ID? Elon is African, would he be welcome?
