"FACE law" most commonly refers to the
Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act of 1994, a U.S. federal law that prohibits using force, threats, or physical obstruction to interfere with access to reproductive healthcare services or to damage such facilities and places of worship. It criminalizes violent, threatening, or obstructive conduct intended to stop people from obtaining or providing care, while also allowing for civil lawsuits by victims or the government, providing injunctions, and awarding damages. Doubt it applies to many here, but if you ever thought Keith Ellison's unusual views about the law were motivated by some keen understanding of it that the rest of us weren't seeing...this clip destroys that theory.
