And in turn, the Bills lost.
Those passes to Knox and hardman essentially won the game.

Hardman was a perfect pass. No idea why he kept running his route up like that

It was a tough loss for the Bills. As bad a the Bills played they still nearly won. If the Bills turn the ball over 1-2 times they likely win in regulation. 4 turnovers? Hard to win a game with a -3 turnover margin.

Maybe not perfect, but QB is supposed to flatten the WR out when safety plays over the top. It’s the WRs job to flatten his route and make the catch. This is common knowledge. Hardman didn’t do that, which is probably why he’s been a below average NFL WR despite his athletic ability.

Allen blew that game. If Burrow or Lamar had that game, you’d blast him. He can’t get over the hump. It’s now a thing moving forward.

Also the one he threw at Shakir’s feet on 3rd and 8 in the 4th. A simple well thrown ball and it’s TD and an 8 point lead with 4 minutes to go. Instead they settle for the 30 yd FG and the rest is history.
