Also, please harden the power grid from an EMP.
Start to manufacture in the US all power grid supplies and hardware and create sufficient inventories for a complete rebuild.

Electricity. Homeownership. This is a good sign. He’s starting to focus on domestic issues. Love what he’s doing with foreign policy but it’s time to focus domestically

Good, if it can actually stick.

NBiS has solved this with the help of data one. Look for their stock to erupt

My SMR stock can use some assistance.

Business opportunity.
Who wants in?

Electricity prices are NOT going up because of data centers. That is a false and fake narrative.
The reason: all of the above bullshite you hear from both sides. Get rid of ALL state and federal renewable energy mandates. Let companies build reliable and low cost generation consisting of coal, natural gas, and nuclear. Period.

This is the kind of stuff he needs to focus on. Not going after the Fed and Powell. Most citizens don't care about that.

Invest in Battery energy storage systems (BESS) now. Stores energy during non peak hours for use during peak hours.
I'm not sure what else Trump can do to solve this problem. Data centers are going to use energy and water to cool their systems. Most of the data centers I have been involved with are using treated sewage water to cool their systems, so that is cool.
Also, most data centers are being constructed adjacent to power generation facilities or nearby substations, so they aren't really using the "grid", just leaching off of the facilities before they distribute.
The cost of electricity is concerning, and maybe higher demand dictates rising pricing. He definitely needs to address that and make the companies who are putting in data centers provide some sort of financial relief to those impacted by the power consumption.

The MSFT example is an easy one. The good reactor at Three Mile Island was mothballed, and they’re paying to restart it.

Would be nice, but I don't think any large transformers are made in the U.S. anymore. They all come from Chyna, and in some cases, Europe.

5HP Honda generators are gonna be scarce until they build out their grids.
On a serious note this is good for consumers. I hope the pubs are keeping up with and tracking all these economic helpers Trump is slaying with. Need to use for midterms.

It makes us very vulnerable; especially when your supplier hits you with an EMP detonated over the center of US.

Japan is already deploying modular nuclear reactors to power stuff, why can’t we do the same?
If you offered a land owner a large annual income to use 2 acres of a large tract for a power plant THAT COULD BE MOVED IF NEED BE they would jump at the opportunity.

Since Texas isn't connected to the national power grid could they just allow data centers to use their grid without building their own?

Shuts all this bitching down in Louisiana about higher electric bills. This may also develop some gas pipeline infrastructure projects. Overall good for the economy.

Entergy has two turbines in Bogalusa for backup power. They just sit there and never run. I foresee a data center coming there soon.

That there is some "small government conservatism," ladies and gents.
