In Louisiana Jeff Landry's LED is out recruiting them into the state with the benefit of being able to pass the costs on to taxpayers.

That there is some "small government conservatism," ladies and gents.

Trump is expressing an opinion that's been on TD for over a year now.

I'd actually say it's a lot more likely Trump & Co. are running some sort of LLM analytics to get a feel for the prevailing public opinions on issues like this.

It's a very popular opinion to feel like these huge energy hog data centers are taking advantage of rural areas or that they'll drive up prices for everyone else. Trump saying it just gives a public mouthpiece to the millions of people already saying it online

"My team is working with companies" = "I'm too spastic and adhd to get congress to pass actual legislation that might actually have some teeth and help people so I'll just announce it on Twitter and never actually do anything about."
