Stopped at the Popeye's in Rosenberg, TX yesterday after Mass to grab some chicken, red beans and potatoes for a quick family lunch. It was a very pleasant experience. The young man (probably high school or college age) called me "sir" and asked me how much day was going. I reciprocated the warm greeting by calling him "sir" as well.
WAY different than what I remember the interaction at the Popeye's in Jennings, LA to be.

Where do they get this crap?
I should start a website called RandomCrap.com and make up top 10 lists and top state listings as a series of articles, and then send press releases to major media organizations and see if anyone bites.
I guess Rush Limbaugh was right, all it takes is a press release and a fax machine and the media will parrot what ever information you want to slant.
