You don't need breakfast, America

If you're not actively working in manual labor, you don't need three hot meals a day. Americans still eat like they're working on a farm 14 hours a day and the phrase "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" was started by Kellogg and promoted by large cereal manufacturers.
I challenge you to sit next to a McDonald's drive-thru between 7-9 am. 90%+ of the drivers going through that line will be obese. Stop thinking you need to wake up and immediately start shoving food in your fat, gross faces. You don't.
I know people will respond, "8ut clientnumber9, I start my day with weights and a 7 mile run- I need some carbs and sugars first." I'm not talking to you. Unfortunately, that's a tiny sliver of this fat arse nation. I'm talking to low impulse control fatties on this board that grunt when they stand up.
You can have a banana or a cup of yogurt if you're absolutely insistent on having something light but you don't need a full meal. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I’ll eat eggs and bacon and enjoy the hell out of it!

I just made some Amish Applewood bacon, and it was delicious. Eat what you like and leave other people alone.

Breakfast offers value to starting the metabolic burn of fuel. My body operates better with breakfast, light lunch, and little to no dinner. I gain weight or hold weight if I skip breakfast.

Good luck on your diet.
Hope this one works out for you.

Agree with the OP point that 2 larger meals is plenty
I eat a late breakfast around 9 or so. Eggs and a protein
Fruit cup or cheese and nuts for a snack around 1.
Then a big dinner

Im almost 50 and I dont remember the last time I ate 3 meals in a day. Usually its on vacation or work conferences and I feel awful when I eat 3 squares

Exercise regularly and you are fine eating breakfast.

I just started eating breakfast again a few months ago after going without for 2 years. Feel much better during the day and reduced the cravings for junk throughout the day and post lunch fatigue. Haven’t gained a single pound adding it back in.
Your premise that breakfast needs to be skipped is stupid. People can eat three meals- they just need to manage what/how much they eat.

Well for the fatties, I think dinner, late night snacks and drinking calories are a way bigger issue than breakfast. Not my business what other people eat and drink tho.

Just for you I'm getting a 4th bacon egg & cheese biscuit and an extra hash browns from McD's this morning.

It’s calories in vs. calories out. If you are active enough, you can eat three sensible meals a day and maintain a healthy weight. The issue isn’t breakfast, it’s processed food.

What the frick does needing have to do with food in America?
Need? The only things we NEED are so abundant we have way too much. The things we actually need are like fat and sugar and salt. We have way too much of them, no one will ever starve and you eat whatever you choose whether it’s healthy or not. Need went out the window a long time ago

Unless you’re eating a small lunch and dinner with minimal snacking, I prefer not to have significant calories to start my day and usually just have a protein drink or bar.
