I’m sure this has been talked about plenty just wanted to get a new thread on it. What info do yall have on it. Will he 100% miss all of spring? I keep seeing that a couple teams may have backed off because of the injury so could it be worse than we thought?

Hard to know.
I’m sure Leavitt is also keeping it very close to the vest as to not mess with his bid value.

It’s not like the NFL where CBA and league can demand medical evals.

I mean it doesn't take James Andrews to google when he was injured, had surgery, and the recovery timeline. It's 6 months to a year. Best case he's available for summer workouts, but that's probably optimistic.

Miami (a team in the championship) wants him. So I’m not sure who backed off, but it’s not hurting him.

Why risk it ? His abilities are not worth risking an entire season, much less the extreme amount of money he is being offered. Just a bad deal all around imo.

Moscona said one reason we pivoted was that it was worse than initially thought. It could keep him out until the start of fall camp.

Maybe we can go into next season with an injured QB like this past year.

The people recruiting him to LSU know more about this than anyone on the board, if they are okay with signing him up, then you should trust them over some randos opinion on here.

I saw a diagram of how that shite works. I would NOT want it to happen to me. Looks painful AF.

That's because this board is bipolar. Including me.

This is a flat out lie.

I posted a few times about this... a week ago I looked it up and "his camp" is expecting to be cleared FULLY by "Mar/Apr."

I promise you Matt has not heard of a setback within the past few days.

ETA: I cant find the Mar/Apr report, but found many that say Apr/May. The reports are he's ahead of schedule.

Even if not full go, he can still play 7 on 7 and throw to WRs to build chemistry
