I’m off of work and seem to be the only person on this board who is concerned by being passed over by multiple QBs. Maybe Weiss has an ace up his sleeve. I hope so anyway.

Knight likely wants a good bit of money and starter assurances... but
He might suck and not really be a fit for what Lane wants. People just see a guy that was highly recruited and say "rrrr pick that guy!!" So should we allocate a couple million bucks to a guy we don't like but want to win headlines? That's what BK's lazy arse would do.

again in their head people are assuming we told leavitt to frick off during the visit when willliams declared back in the portal
it's more likely leavitt made it clear he wasn't signing before taking more visits and offers. LSU tried to pivot so we didn't have to wait this out and come away with no one, didn't work out but the line of thinking wasn't wrong or impulsive.
