I wonder if the state can work the angle that they really aren’t much of a migratory species so they really shouldn’t fall into the federal framework for approval.

My plans are to create more habitat on my pond by Installing a fence and a lean too. That’s all I ever see them doing is landing on rooftops and fences.

And rebuilding my plucker, freezer full of spatchcock whistlers

Have you been around the LSU Lakes lately? I was on Dalrymple yesterday and there must have been several thousand of them sitting on the bank from May Street on the west side to the interstate on the east side.
