LSU should get two qb from portal

We know what a hurt qb can do to a team. Def need someone who can come here and be ready to come off the bench at any time.

Need at least 3. One for sure starter and 2 guys with 2-3 years left that Lane feels has the potential to be a starter after this year

MVB gone. Realistically, how many jumping to the portal really get picked up by the schools they want? Seems like too much supply for the demand unless many want to play at a small conference school. Seems risky unless you are a top 100 player.

I would say 3 and the 4th is the preferred walk on Picarella. I think he had a few sec offers

How many starter-quality QBs are going to jump just to sit on the bench at LSU? You're probably looking at another MVB player as a backup--an average QB with 1-2 years of starting experience under his belt.

They likely want 2 or even 3. The question is if there are backup QBs willing to come here…for another backup spot.

Simmons from OM almost seems the most nature at this point. At least he has been coached by LK for a while and the learning curve is less. We seem to be losing this QB recruiting battle, and that is surprising to me.
