No they aren't. You people believe anything. That would be ~210 billion dollars if the pop is still ~ 42-45k blacks.

That could be awesome. Is it only for current residents or can a brother move there and get it? Maybe all the blacks will move there and stay there.

I keep seeing people asking for reparations for slavery but keep seeing people ignoring the fact that this country paid for that mistake by sacrificing 750,000 of its best men and women while also utterly devastating half the country to abolish the institution.

San Francisco giving money out to people who never were slaves from a state that never had slaves paid for by people who never owned slaves. Sounds about right.
