I don’t want to lie, so I’m giving up on doing resolutions

My wife and I are planning on praying the rosary together at least once a week
She already prays it daily, I'm hoping to make it a habit too.

I will retire from my job.
I will go on vacation at least twice.
I will take my meds as directed.
I will walk 2 miles every day. I will go to the gym 4 times a week.

I don't wait to a new year to make a resolution. If you do something you want to stop. If you continue doing it until a certain time in the future, you are more likely to give into it. The logic is that the longer you do something the harder it is to quit.

I'm gonna hit the the gym for 5 weeks, well at least 3 and then get on a GLP-1. Fit in my XL PFG shirts by May. Cut down to 3 regular Cokes a day and ther rest will be Coke Zero. Ultras instead of Bud Light. Dip half as much. Spend less on the 4 wheeler. Hit up Golden Corral no more than once every six weeks and even then, only 3 plates. Learn to use ran/run and gone/went properly.

May God bless you. And try to go to adoration at least once a month. I will pray for you my friend. It will change your life.

This needs to be my resolution… the vaping is giving me a constant cough. Not smoking anymore, though, so there’s that.
