He played for 5 years under multiple OCs, with multiple QBs, and didn’t produce anything than a few flashes here and there. MAYBE he’s just not a great player?

He's had his chances and failed more often than not. Hes not an elite pass catcher

He stayed for 5 years despite getting passed up regularly and not ever really landing in a solid role as WR. Despite his lack of productivity, that level of commitment says a lot about his character.

Good luck in the future, Hilton.

It helps to get downfield throws that Houston's defense is terrible

Are you blind? Barron Brown led the team in receiving this year

Chris Hilton has shown us for 4 years who he is. It’s time to quit expecting more

What a backwards take

Barrion brown

This is the guy who was held back the most by playcalling and QB play. He was a YAC guy but we couldn't figure out how to complete a pass to him in stride all year and instead asked him to be a contested catch guy along the sidelines which he is clearly not

I will always support Chris Hilton simply because of the person he is and the fantastic family he comes from.

Do y’all remember Malachi Dupree? That’s exactly who Hilton is. All the measurements to be great. Just eh

He had every opportunity for years to do something at LSU. He had butter fingers for hands and had no idea how to be a WR. He was a great athlete trying to learn how to be a football player. It never panned out. Good luck to him.

What, a busted coverage & wide open pass play that he caught?

I expect him to have an nfl career because of his speed and willingness to play special teams. He was an elite high school high jumper and 400 meter guy….those dudes have a chance in the league He won’t be more than a wr4 or wr5. Poor route runner, not great ball skills even though no one on the field should be able to high point a ball better than him Treydez included.

Johnson is why he stayed this year.

Dupre was way more productive than Hilton was. 1 of Dupre's seasons was Hilton's career.
