I imagine that fast food profitability relies on operational superiority and responsible expansion. That said, those two factors don't necessarily make for better food.

This was probably a year or two ago, but the manager (older white guy) acted like a prick after I informed them they screwed up my order
So, I went back the next day, placed an order for like 4 different meals with various customizations, sat in the drive-thru for a little while, then left
