Want to cut cable and ditch Cox, but ATT doesn't have fiber available to my address. Is the ATT "Internet Air" worth it in BR or should I stay with Cox until ATT has fiber in my n'hood?

I’m switching from Cox to ATT as we speak. 37 dollars a month. The technician is working on it now

And I disagree. I’ve had Cox and where I live I really didn’t have a problem with it except the cost. We have fiber now through AT&T and it is much faster and much cheaper.

3 months in & still fighting them on that quoted rate
Currently paying 65 which is still better than what I was paying Cox but it pisses me off

I tend to agree, had Cox for almost twenty years and as soon as AT&T fiber was available, I jumped ship and haven’t looked back. It’s much faster and cheaper.

Felt like I had issues with AT&T the first couple weeks I switched over to them from Cox, but since then, have had zero issues with AT&T, and saving lots of money in the process. AT&T is the way to go in BR area IMO, at least over Cox.

Years ago I went back to Cox. It lasted one month. The actual speed was nowhere closer to what ATT had. Even after Cox advertised it.

Have had att fiber for 5 years with no issues and no price increases. 500 gb speed, no data cap. $60/month

I’ve had both. They both worked. I’ve never not had internet work whether it’s Cox or ATT.

Cox is the worst company in the world.

The second we get att fiber I’m switching. I despise them.

I have ATT fiber and it is good. No real complaints here.

My son in Baton Rouge tried ATT Air because Fiber is not available in his area. Said it was too slow, so he kept Cox Internet

ATT 1 GB Fiber equals
943Mbps wired and
722Mbps wifi
Tested a moment ago.
I'm no network expert but I think that's sufficient
