Was this earlier in the week? Hopefully he didn't do this today, because the answer will almost certainly be "everyone's home because of the holidays."
And honestly, that would make sense and would totally detract from what he's trying to do.

Except they didn't do that. They acted like they were being asked off-the-wall weird questions just because the dude knocked on doors and said: Hey, I'm Nick.
Normal people who were running a rental leasing office, daycare or other legit business would just come right out and mention the holidays as a reason they were closed or unoccupied. These people are like characters from Revenge of the Nerds.

He did this on Tuesday. It would have been odd for a daycare center to be closed on Tuesday.

And this so called “pumping up numbers” is a major major major MAJOR problem even when a loan is paid back in full and there were no victims to any crimes.
So this should be a major federal case for each of these “”””””daycares””””””. Correct?
