It seems like every new generation just keeps getting softer. The newest one seems to have thousands of genders and it’s encouraged to have a unique one. Will these generations continue acting that way (and maybe get worse), or will they grow up once they get out of college/hs and see the real world?

I went to a super liberal, “elite” college because they gave me a full ride from financial aid and admittedly converted at the time since you would be outcasted otherwise (both professors and other students). And then the school of hard knocks came and taught me reality once again. Being a socially conservative society is a good thing. There are rules and norms for a reason.

Have you traveled outside of our nation. Yeah we have problems, but boy, we are better off than 90% of the rest of the world. And even in those countries that may be doing better economically, in order to live there you would have to put up with other factors that you may not want to accept.

Top schools are usually liberal as hell. If you family made under 100k at the time (this was in 2011), tuition and room/board are covered. Most top 20 schools are like that these days. But not the point. Would delete that but you already quoted it.

Not since 2020. We allowed the world to control us through Corrvid and we allowed the Establishment to rig and steal an election that determines the most powerful political leadership position on earth. We crossed the event horizon. It's all down the drain from here.

Will we come out of this? Maybe. But not as the USA of old. That has been murdered. There may yet be a future, but not as a united United States.

Some current graduates are going to be in for a big surprise when they can’t get that USAID NGO NFP job facilitating trans African babies into drag shows.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, we will hang on by a thread until the Court goes 5-4 Kentajis, and the Constitution is thereby destroyed from the bench. And if we don’t get a hold on the elections and illegal immigration, we’ll get there.

When a country is conquered in battle they can come back but when it’s destroyed from the inside that’s it.

For now. But, show me nations where the average full time employee owes more than five years of pretax salary in government debt.

For the most part, we are “still” better off. Worked in two other countries for long periods of time. One was too corrupt to care about anything, so fair point there. But the European one was liberal as hell, but even they had more strict societal norms compared to the US despite being more liberal. Which makes me wonder, is this more of a liberal problem or something else?

Point taken. This has been one of orange's failures, to be fair to him congress has not helped. Neither Dems nor Reps. have any balls to tell the people: no more money.
I think Ray Dalio mentioned that that we pay more total $ a year to interest on the debt , than to defense. In his mind this is the point of no return for great world powers: The dutch, the spanish, the brits, they all hit the same threshold and it was downhill from there.

Naah.. 2026 is going to be one of the best years in American History.. lots of evil people will be going to prison.. woke DEI bullshite out of schools.. economy is going to shoot to the moon.. cities are going to be a lot safer.. drug abuse is going to be down... Homeless camps will be cleaned up in major cities.. America's 250th Birthday.. World Cup Soccer.. illegals getting sent back home.. election integrity, etc etc etc

It took Trump and his team a year to get to the bottom of everything because there have been years of fraud getting exposed - our country is in the middle of making history and resetting back to being a normal country that domates the world again - 50 years down the road, history will look back at this time and show that this moment in time was the turning point for our country.

It's going to be a great year which will be the start of many great years to come -- I just wish that people would stop listening to the bullshite on the internet from all of the Panicans and TDS - they are rotting a lot of people's brains on this website.

Young adults will finally start making great money whether they attend college or a high demand trade

I'm very optimistic about 2026 and beyond. I just wish others were. But I am sure Panicans and TDS people will downvote me to oblivion because of my positive outlook but I don't really give a shite.

My concern about America's future deals with lower IQ due to birthrates and immigration (see Idiocracy). For the last few years I'm noticing it more while dealing with young adults in white collar jobs. You can no longer assume they know what they're doing. People are gonna die in surgery when your doctor has an 85 IQ.

Yes

The economy is a house of cards

The job market is a dumpster fire

Healthcare is skyrocketing . My plan went from $125 to $550. The cheapest bare minimum plan I could get with an $8500 deductible .

Yes

Liberals are ruining the Country and I’m not sure we’ve got enough folks to turn the tide.

The disease is spreading

No.

America is destined to collapse one day just like every other nation has on the face of the earth.

This is inevitable so don't worry about things you have no control over.

After Reagan and probably in the first decade after him, not really.

Beginning with the 2000 election (and the hanging chads) I’ve been a little more concerned with each passing year.
