There are ways to hold them accountable (appeals, disciplinary boards, etc) if you want to hold them accountable. Adding another way won't change the fact that no one will use any of these methods to hold them accountable.

I don’t know why judges are viewed as sacred cows by much of the population. Many of them don’t even have a law degree and some are nearly illiterate.

I reckon they used to be trusted... not anymore.
It's on purpose. People will tire of judges and beg for a king.

There’s another thread where we have posters denying this happens, and that this young lady is more likely to be burned alive by someone in her family

The accountability is supposed to come through the ballot box. If you have bad judges that you keep re-electing, that is on you.

They are judges, the title itself should mean they have an exemplifying ability of determination. Not able to protect that integrity should be enough to lose that trust. You make a slight mistake in traffic could cost lives, a bartender can be held accountable and we all know what the wrong person in our lives does

In my career field if I make a simple mistake people could die.
If that happens a 'judge' will put me in prison.

I refuse to comment as it will result in a PM.

Wonder if that poster will weigh in on this thread?

If not so badly burned, Bethany McGee would have been sold into sex trafficking by her family, which is how the majority of sex trafficking occurs. -SFP

Instead of everyone, how about a guy on his 72nd arrest?
