Houston area 16 year old stabbed to death at school with scissors

16 year old kid was stabbed in the neck repeatedly by another kid who wanted his vape. The 18 year old who stabbed him was repeatedly violent and had sexually assaulted other kids previously and the district did nothing. Students are protesting out front of the school asking the district to remove these violent students from our schools
Victim : Andrew Meismer, 16
Killer: Aundre Matthews, 18
Very similar situation to the Frisco stabbing

Dude, this absolute refusal for middle and high school administrators to actually punish even the worst of kids while also punishing the victims is absolutely insane. I’ve had five groups of appearance coming into Clinic this year, desperately asking for some advice or help on how to address their child being bullied and threatened. Each one with numerous serious events, all known and reported to the school administrators who don’t do anything to the perpetrators and the only thing they do do is inconvenience the victims.
Per the parents, the perpetrators are almost universally black teens so I wonder if that has anything to do with why they refuse to do anything about it

Baytown ain't necessarily 'blue'. But, it is a 'suburban' setting with an 'urban' feel. All that aside, Sterling has quite a bit of tarnish.
